Volunteers are critical to the success of our event! All volunteers MUST be registered to attend.
The Great Banquet is 99% volunteer-run—and we truly couldn’t do it without you! Every detail of this incredible experience is made possible by people like you who choose to give their time, energy and heart to serve.

Before signing up, please read the descriptions of all volunteer roles carefully and confirm that you’re available during the full serving window listed. If you are unable to arrive on time or stay for the full shift, we kindly ask that you choose a different role that better fits your availability.
When registering, you’ll be asked to select your top three volunteer role preferences. Roles are assigned on a first come, first serve basis, so the earlier you sign up, the better your chances of getting your preferred spot. Please note that high-demand roles like Registration, Food Prep, and Dining Room Service fill up quickly. If your preferred role is full, you’ll be assigned to the Party Crowd—one of our most high-energy and essential volunteer teams!
Volunteer assignments are updated weekly, with final assignments sent out by September 22nd.
For the safety and well-being of all our guests, all volunteers are checked against the national sex offender registry and random background checks are conducted.
