All buddy volunteers MUST be registrered to attend. Our event is 99% run by volunteers and the role of the buddy is critical to its success!

Buddy Volunteer Sign-Up Details

Buddy volunteers use a separate registration form than general volunteers — this is your one and only role for the evening! As a buddy, you’ll be paired with an honored guest and play a key part in making their night unforgettable. Please ensure you’re available for the entire shift before signing up. Parents, guardians, or caregivers are welcome to serve as buddies, and may request to be paired with a specific guest (or multiple guests, if needed). Be sure to indicate this clearly during registration.

Buddy Volunteer

Our buddy volunteers will be paired with our honored guest to give them a friend for the evening. As a buddy you will help your guest navigate the evening events. You will walk the red carpet with him/her and enjoy a meal together, some entertainment and of course some dancing! You must be at least 16 to be a buddy.

Often parents, guardians or caregivers sign up for this role to attend with a specific guest. A caregiver may sign up to be a buddy for multiple guests if needed. Please clearly indicate this when you list the name(s) of the guest with which you would like to be paired

Volunteer training 4:45pm
Volunteer 5:00 - 9:45pm
Buddy volunteers should be age 14 and up
Volunteers under 14 may volunteer with an adult 18 or older
